Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to assist the Account Officer in driving business growth and implementing processes related to sales and client servicing.

This role involves selling non-life insurance products to assigned markets, including Auto Loan, Home Loan, and RBG. The successful candidate will also be responsible for cross-selling/up-selling other non-life insurance products outside of the bank's requirements and establishing strong relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will closely monitor policy renewals and ensure seamless execution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Selling non-life insurance products to assigned markets (Auto Loan, Home Loan, RBG)
  • Cross-selling/up-selling other non-life insurance products outside of the bank's requirements
  • Establishing and strengthening close relationships with clients
  • Maintaining close monitoring and follow-up of policy renewals

To succeed in this role, the candidate must possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
  • Required skills: negotiation skills, telemarketing skills, sales activities, customer service, MS Office
  • At least 1-year work experience with non-life insurance broker and insurance companies
  • Computer literacy
  • Willingsness to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City
