Senior Governance Specialist Role

The Senior Governance Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional services to customers and promoting excellent governance throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support team points of contact in global vendor management.
  • Identify opportunities for proactive and strategic solutions to enhance vendor performance.
  • Analyze data to drive performance improvements and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Update and maintain operational systems and documentation.
  • Provide insights on process updates and expand global knowledge with First Advantage teams or clients.

Required Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent courses.
Experience:
• 3-5 years of industry experience or equivalent.
Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office software
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Experience in reporting key metrics
• Strong decision-making skills
• Adaptable and flexible, able to manage competing demands and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, accept and handle regular interruptions, and meet tight deadlines.
• Result driven and organized, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
