Job Title: Recruitment Leader

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Recruitment Leader to oversee our hiring process. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on recruiter with expertise in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, and talent acquisition.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, monitoring key hiring metrics, and developing creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

  • Manage the recruitment process from job requisition to candidate onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to define role requirements and hiring needs
  • Monitor key hiring metrics, including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and pipeline health
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, communities, and referrals
  • Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct second-round interviews to further evaluate cultural fit, communication, and role-specific competencies
  • Provide structured interview feedback and recommendations to hiring teams
  • Oversee and guide team members conducting initial assessments or screening calls
  • Lead initiatives to improve recruitment turnaround time and process efficiency
  • Strategize campaigns, partnerships, and outreach to increase quality candidate leads
  • Identify and remove bottlenecks in the hiring process

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within an outsourcing or VA placement company
  • Proven success in leading recruitment campaigns and delivering hires within tight timelines
  • Hands-on experience with BambooHR or equivalent ATS tools
  • Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Kalibrr, OnlineJobs.ph, etc.
  • Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess both skill and culture fit
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong prioritization and time management abilities
