The Senior Business Development Representative/Supervisor is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the U.S. market. This involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless sales pipeline.

The successful candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in business development, including working with U.S.-based clients, leading initiatives, and managing or mentoring a small team. They will be responsible for conducting high-volume cold calling, lead generation, and outreach efforts to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the U.S. market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct high-volume cold calling and lead generation efforts.
  • Monitor key metrics and report on performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing U.S. clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and meeting sales targets.
  • Recent experience working with U.S.-based clients and knowledge of U.S. business culture and communication.
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and coaching skills.
  • Tech-savvy; proficient in using CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
