Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the job specifications to include experience, skills, and behavioral competencies needed for success in each role.
  • Establish and monitor open positions in the applicant tracking system linked to existing job portals, search engines, and social media platforms to attract candidates.
  • Participate in sourcing initiatives internal and external to increase the pipeline and generate leads of prospects and applicants.
  • Conduct preliminary reviews of profiles and initial interviews to evaluate the quality and readiness of candidates based on the job specifications.
  • Accountable for endorsing qualified candidates for final interviews and initiating follow-up on the outcome to communicate with candidates.
  • Facilitate job offers to selected candidates and secure accurate and concise mandatory pre-employment information and records for employee account creation.
  • Ensure compliance of selected candidates in completing pre-employment requirements and endorse files to Offboarding Specialists for completion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or College Degree.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in talent acquisition from a BPO setup is preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work well with the team.
  • Demonstrates ability to interact with all levels of employees in a highly professional manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to use MS Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
