At NABATI FOOD PHILIPPINES, INC., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to increase sales revenue and market share.
- Provide sales training and coaching to sales team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales support and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales leadership or management in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving sales performance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
