Application Maintenance Support Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to manage and resolve issues related to the GreatDay HRIS system, ensuring that all tasks are performed in accordance with the defined standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical problems within the GreatDay HRIS system.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of system changes and updates.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in human resources, business process outsourcing, software implementation, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computers, or Human Resources management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Management.
