About the Position:


Spearhead a 2-person IT team, deploying real-world automation solutions within a 90-day timeframe. Develop Power Automate (Cloud/Desktop) and Power Apps (Canvas/Model driven) using Dataverse, collaborate with Accounting on Dynamics 365 Business Central/QBO, and establish robust M365 (Entra/Intune/SharePoint) governance.


Responsibilities:


  • Automate business processes using Power Automate (Cloud/Desktop) and build data-driven applications on Dataverse
  • Partner with Accounting to implement Dynamics 365 Business Central / QBO processes, including AP/AR, approvals, and bank reconciliations
  • Establish mature M365 governance, encompassing Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint/Teams management, and Data Loss Prevention for Power Platform
  • Lead and mentor 2 IT Specialists, implementing runbooks, SOPs, and a lightweight Center of Excellence
  • Develop and execute an automation roadmap, accompanied by a live KPI dashboard

  • Power Automate, Power Apps (Canvas/Model driven), Dataverse, SharePoint/Teams integration, API/connectors
  • Strategic leadership and player-coach capabilities
  • Proficiency in Accounting data
  • Dynamics 365 Business Central (APIs/AL basics), Power BI/DAX, Entra/Intune, Azure, RPA Desktop
