A detail-oriented and proactive loan processor/cash handling expert is needed to join our team.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on managing details, maintaining process flow, and building positive relationships with clients.

  1. Liaise with clients to gather required documents and information for financial services applications.
  2. Review and verify financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Prepare and submit financial service applications through the appropriate systems.
  4. Track progress of applications and provide timely updates to clients.
  5. Communicate with relevant parties to follow up on outstanding items and ensure smooth processing.
  6. Maintain organized digital records of all financial files and supporting documents.
  7. Support colleagues with administrative tasks, including preparation of compliance documents and client communications.
  8. Handle client inquiries with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive experience throughout the financial service process.
  9. Identify and escalate potential issues or delays proactively.
  10. Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in financial services administration, cash handling, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial application processes, regulatory requirements, and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with ability to explain processes clearly to clients.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial documents.
  • Proficiency with relevant software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
  • Client-first mindset with professional and approachable manner.
