Psychological Safety and Resilience Professional

This role plays a pivotal part in fostering psychological safety, emotional resilience, and overall mental well-being within the workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Individual Well-Being Sessions: Conduct one-on-one sessions to support employees' mental well-being.
  • Group Sessions: Facilitate small-group sessions to foster healthy working relationships and social connections.
  • Training & Development: Deliver group training sessions on well-being and resiliency, as well as annual refresher training.
  • Observation & Support: Monitor team interactions and employee demeanor for signs of distress during floor walks.
  • Monitoring & Communication: Actively monitor and respond to direct communications from individuals across designated platforms.
  • Documentation & Data Entry: Accurately record attendance and enter session insights using the organization's system of record.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in trauma-informed care and resilience-building, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A master's degree in psychology is required, along with a valid and active license as a Registered Psychologist (RPsy) or Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC).
