Key Collection Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our consumer lending team as a collections associate.

The role involves meeting collection goals while following regulatory frameworks, collecting overdue payments via calls, letters, and SMS, handling client requests, and negotiating payment arrangements.

Key responsibilities include performing collection efforts, assessing and initiating financial and non-financial client requests, negotiating special payment arrangements, monitoring productivity, and implementing action plans.

Candidates should possess strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with experience in collections or a related field. A bachelor's degree holder is required.
