Responsibilities:
  1. Manage customer accounts and ensure timely payment.
  2. Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve collections and reduce bad debt.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in collections, order entry, customer service, or related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
