REPONSIBILITIES
- Automation of Collections Reports and Processes
- Develop Collections MIS to track collections performance, collections actions impact, and AB test results
- Monitor Performance of external agencies and recommend actions to address any potential issues
- Develop Strategies or champion-challenger programs
- Develop Segmentation models
- Knowledge of data analytics to influence data driven decisions in managing and improving collections performance
- Knowledge of SQL and data management skills will be helpful in ensuring efficiency in tasks and in assisting other teams
Qualifications
- Knowledge in SQL, Data Management, Data Analytics/Visualization, Data Modeling
- Experience in Collections. Fintech experience is a plus.
