Our company seeks a skilled BIM Professional to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you play a crucial role in creating accurate 3D models for building services, collaborating with project teams, and implementing BIM workflows to improve project coordination and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain high-quality parametric Revit models and libraries for MEP and other AEC assets.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure models align with design intent and construction requirements.
  • Implement BIM workflows and processes to improve project coordination and delivery.
  • Perform clash detection and construction coordination.
  • Prepare architectural or engineering documentation as required.
Requirements
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience working with Revit drafting/models.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with a proven track record of content/family creation.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP, structural systems, and construction documentation.
  • Familiarity with Australian Building and BIM Standards.
Preferred Skills
  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Autodesk Revit and associated toolsets.
  • Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Rhino3D.
  • Experience using Revit, BIM360.
  • Experience with visual programming tools such as Dynamo or Grasshopper.
  • Experience developing BIM content for product manufacturers or libraries.
