Job Description

As a BIM Modeler, you will create, check, and prepare detailed precast models and shop drawings using BIM software. Your expertise will ensure compliance with industry standards while supporting high-quality construction projects and contributing to seamless design and production processes.

The Qualifications We Seek

• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Civil and Structural Engineering graduate or equivalent
• Preferably with relevant work experience in precast concrete industry (cutting list, rebar detailer). Fresh graduates who are interested are also welcome to apply
• With good knowledge and well-versed in Autodesk CAD and BIM software/tools (Revit, Allplan, Tekla)
• With good knowledge and understanding construction drawings and standard precast detailing
• Team player with good communication and interaction skills
• Preferably with knowledge/understanding of BIM concept and its application processes and workflow will be an added advantage
• Possess strong initiative, resourceful, and technologically forward-looking
• Able to start immediately
• Willing to work in Ortigas

Your Daily Tasks

• Apply strong knowledge in construction drawings and standard precast detailing
• Work competently with 3D precast modeling software (Allplan, Revit, Tekla, and other 3D tools)
• Prepare and check layout plans and connection details for submission
• Prepare and check precast production and fabrication shop drawings for compliance with codes and good engineering practices
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management and designated manager
