Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced BIM Professional to lead architectural project coordination, ensuring seamless collaboration across design, engineering, and construction teams. The ideal candidate will oversee the implementation of BIM processes, coordinate between multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the successful delivery of architectural projects using BIM standards and workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead BIM coordination for architectural projects, ensuring compliance with U.S. building codes and project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
  • Manage and maintain Revit models, utilizing advanced tools such as reference planes, nested families, and shared parameters.
  • Skilled in creating scalable and efficient parametric families in Revit, utilizing Dynamo or other add-ins.
  • Manage large-scale BIM projects, overseeing multiple models and extensive datasets to ensure seamless integration, coordination, and adherence to project timelines and specifications.
  • Act as a liaison between architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors for all BIM-related communications.
  • Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and best practices documentation.
  • Train and support project team members on Revit and BIM workflows.
  • Assist in the creation of project schedules and coordinate BIM deliverables to meet deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience using Autodesk Revit in an architectural environment.
  • Proven experience working on U.S.-based architectural projects and familiarity with U.S. codes and standards.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams and deliver BIM deliverables on time.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Skills
  • Professional license or certification in architecture or BIM-related field.
  • Experience with international BIM standards.
