Job Overview:
The HR Staff/Part-time role is a vital position within an organization, responsible for managing the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to training, payroll, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to phone calls and answer emails in a professional manner.
- Edit Canva or Microsoft Office documents as needed.
- Recruit and onboard new employees, focusing on talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and implement company policies.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by fostering strong relationships with employees and management.
Requirements:
- Senior High School graduate preferred; recruitment experience is beneficial.
- Own laptop with reliable home Wi-Fi, own mobile phone, and a verified bank account required.
Working Conditions:
- Work-from-home arrangement available.
- Unlimited commission-based remuneration for successful hires.
