Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage our end-to-end recruitment process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent to fill various positions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring Coordination: Collaborate with HR on all hiring activities, ensuring seamless communication and timely interviews.
  • Candidate Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to recruitment-related emails and candidate inquiries.
  • Job Posting Management: Prepare and post job advertisements across multiple online platforms, optimizing reach and engagement.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial resume screenings and perform in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Interview Scheduling: Schedule interviews and maintain calendars for all hiring teams and candidates, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Background Checks: Initiate and process background checks for shortlisted candidates, upholding our commitment to candidate safety.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases, providing valuable insights for future recruitment efforts.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Assist with new hire onboarding by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating a seamless transition into their roles.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field.
  • At least one year of experience as a recruitment assistant or a related role.
  • Familiarity with standard hiring practices, including scheduling interviews and onboarding processes.
  • Preferably has experience recruiting for a virtual assistant role in the e-commerce industry.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet high demand for recruitment requests.
