Job Description

The Business Analyst position at Hunter's Hub Inc. involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver business requirements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Creation of the Business Requirements Document
  • Development of UAT test scripts, KT Documents, User Manuals, and Training Materials
  • Assistance to the Product Owner in the initial development and prioritization of the Product Backlog
  • Facilitation of discussions with stakeholders and SMEs to clarify and refine the product backlog
  • Definition and documentation of requirements and functional specifications
  • Ensuring developed user stories and acceptance criteria are complete, approved, and groomed on time

Job Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of strong experience in business analysis, requirements definition, and functional specification
  • Excellent communication and business writing skills
  • Excellent grasp of the English language, both verbal and written
  • Facilitation of meetings and requirements workshops
  • Proficient in the documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
  • Software development lifecycle Agile/Scrum Framework knowledge and experience
