Marketing Coordinator Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for creating and delivering impactful marketing campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the creation and delivery of marketing catalogues, ensuring they meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Oversee the production timeline, coordinating content inputs and deliveries to meet publishing deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to secure necessary content and assets.
  • Conduct proofreading and quality checks to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, pricing, and imagery.
  • Manage catalogue content within the BIG W Content Management System (Adobe Experience Manager).

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in producing digital content at scale.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in Figma, Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager is an advantage.
