Job Title: Visual Creative Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced visual creative professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that demonstrates work for eCommerce or consumer brands, with a proven ability to create designs that convert in online retail environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret client briefs, concepts, and ideas to develop original artwork that aligns with brand guidelines and communicates the desired message effectively.
  • Create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for use across digital platforms (social media, websites, email marketing) and traditional media (print, packaging, promotional materials).
  • Design and produce marketing collateral to support campaigns, product launches, and eCommerce promotions.
  • Work closely with marketing, eCommerce, and content teams to ensure creative assets drive engagement, conversions, and brand consistency.

As a visual creative professional, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output. You will also stay up-to-date with industry design trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in the eCommerce and digital marketing space.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates work for eCommerce or consumer brands.
  • Proficiency in illustration techniques, including drawing, sketching, and digital painting.
  • Strong skills in layout design, typography, branding, and composition.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
  • Familiarity with Shopify (for storefront asset design and optimisation) and Klaviyo (for EDM template design and campaign visuals) is highly desirable.
