About Our ClientThe client is a growing shared service company servicing a global hospitality business. Job DescriptionLead the Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Taxation, Treasury, and Audit operations.

Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational growth. Ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations and standards. Oversee budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and auditing.

Monitor and improve KPI, SLA, and oversee performance management. Manage relationships with partners and stakeholders locally and globally. Provide strategic recommendations to the business unit stakeholders and members of the executive management team.

The Successful ApplicantA degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA preferred. Ideally 10 to 15 years of Finance experience in a multinational shared services/BPO company.

Excited to setup the Finance shared service operations and hold a pivotal role in its growth. Proven leadership skills with a strong focus on operations and business processes. Ability to strategize and solve problems.
