Job Summary

Workstream is looking for an exceptional team member to join our Customer Support team. You will be a core member of our support team, working with clients to ensure their needs are met. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, experience working in a similar role, and fluency in Mandarin and English. They must also be willing to work following the US time zone and attend occasional in-person meetings.
