As a customer support specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences to our Mandarin-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues within a 24-hour timeframe while maintaining a CSAT score of at least 95%
  • Escalate complex issues to your colleagues and the engineering team as necessary, demonstrating sound judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers at all times
  • Proactively engage with clients until the issue is resolved
  • Contribute to initiatives driving company growth, such as training junior representatives, product testing, and recommending new products to customers
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer support role or similar position
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
  • Phone support experience and proficiency in help desk software and remote support tools
  • Able to work in the US time zone and occasionally participate in in-person meetings in Metro Manila
  • A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps and willingness to provide speed test results
