A dynamic, high-level Virtual Assistant role at a fast-growing real estate business. This is not just another VA position; it's a strategic partnership that acts as the backbone of a company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage communications with clients, team members, and industry partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective decision-making.
  • Optimize the Founder's calendar across multiple time zones, ensuring preparedness and timeliness.
  • Drive communication and follow-up on key real estate initiatives and deals to keep priorities moving forward and deadlines met.
  • Coordinate travel logistics end-to-end, anticipating needs and resolving disruptions.
  • Manage personal logistics to ensure the Founder's life runs smoothly, including personal appointments and coordinating tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a high-level Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Operations Manager, preferably supporting founders or executives.
  • Experience in the real estate industry (US, CA, AU, etc.) is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional, world-class communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex logistical problems with autonomy and creativity.
  • Tech-savvy and highly proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and modern productivity tools.
