At our company, we are currently seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Accounts Payable Professional to join our team. This role involves managing the accounts payable operations for real estate management, which includes handling expenses related to property management, processing vendor payments, and maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • We are looking for someone with experience in managing multiple properties' accounts payable simultaneously, as well as experience in AppFolio and familiarity with real estate accounting practices, including property-level financial reporting.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to process vendor payments, enter purchase orders, and match purchase orders with invoices while ensuring accurate records of financial transactions.

This is an entry-level position that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and effectively communicate with vendors and other team members.
