About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled digital advertising specialist to manage and scale large-scale campaigns for premium clients in competitive industries. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other related tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategist: Build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max with large-scale budgets.
  • Data Analyst: Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance in real-time.
  • Media Buying Specialist: Design and execute advanced bidding strategies to maximize return on ad spend, reduce cost per acquisition, and drive consistent revenue growth.
  • A/B Testing Pro: Conduct A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to refine campaign performance and identify high-converting assets.
  • Keyword Architect: Perform advanced keyword research and competitive analysis to dominate search engine results pages and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Budget Optimizer: Manage and allocate high ad spend budgets with precision, ensuring maximum efficiency and profitability.
  • YouTube Expert: Develop and manage high-performing YouTube ad campaigns, leveraging audience targeting and creative storytelling to capture engagement.
  • Google Suite Master: Leverage Google's ecosystem, including Merchant Center, Data Studio, and Looker Studio for comprehensive campaign management and reporting.
  • Ad Policy Expert: Ensure all campaigns adhere to Google's advertising policies and compliance guidelines to avoid disruptions.
  • Insight Provider: Generate detailed performance reports, presenting actionable insights and identifying areas for growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale Google Ads accounts with consistent success in achieving high return on ad spend.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Merchant Center, and related tools.
  • Expertise in audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and advanced bidding strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to troubleshooting and optimizing campaigns.
  • Stays ahead of the latest Google Ads trends, tools, and strategies.
  • Precision-focused with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns seamlessly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting campaign results to stakeholders.
Preferred Experience:
  • Industry Focus: Experience managing Google Ads for e-commerce, software as a service, or high-growth businesses is highly desirable.
  • Certifications: Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube) are required. Advanced certifications are a plus.
  • Performance Max Expertise: Hands-on experience with Performance Max campaigns for scaling results.
  • Creative Input: Proven ability to collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets.
