About the Position
Role OverviewWe are currently seeking a highly skilled Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our Human Resources team in Taguig City Metro Manila. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of employee compensation and benefits programmes to ensure the company remains competitive and attractive to top talent.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with our HR team. They will also possess a thorough understanding of compensation and benefits best practices, labour laws, and industry trends.
Key Accountabilities- Managing all aspects of employee compensation and benefits programmes.
- Analysing market trends and benchmarking the company's compensation and benefits against industry standards.
- Designing and implementing new compensation and benefits policies and initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 1-2 years of experience in a compensation and benefits role, preferably in the business process management or IT services industry.
