This exciting opportunity involves managing compensation and benefits programs, overseeing HR system updates, and collaborating with regional stakeholders. If you have a proven track record in shared service for HR programs and Compensation & Benefits management, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • HR System and Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date HRIS and related systems, including employee details and compensation and benefits data.
  • Employee Documentation & Letter Preparation: Prepare necessary documents such as Letters of Employment, Certificates of Employment, and Confirmation Letters, following company policies and local regulations.
  • Compensation And Benefits Management: Manage compensation and benefits programs across the region, aligning with local market standards and company policies.
  • Performance & Payroll Support: Assist in performance review cycles and guarantee accurate payroll processing and benefit payouts.
  • Process Improvement & Policy Development: Identify areas for improvement within Regional People Operations and develop policies to enhance HR practices.
  • Regional Stakeholder Management: Establish strong relationships with HR and business teams across regions, providing guidance on compensation and benefits best practices.
  • Liaison With External Partners: Maintain partnerships with external providers, insurance companies, and vendors to manage benefits and resolve employee concerns.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR Administration, Compensation and Benefits, or a related role within a shared service capacity.
  • Proven experience working with HRIS platforms and data management tools (Excel, G-Sheets).
  • Exceptional documentation skills, including preparing employee documentation and contractual agreements.
  • Documented process improvement and policy update experience within HR or compensation functions.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in the Southeast Asia region.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
