Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in compensation and benefits administration, a strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, and a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Key responsibilities include the processing of employee benefits, addressing employee inquiries, managing statutory benefits, HMO enrollment, leave benefits, and payroll processing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Additionally, at least 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration are required, with a focus on payroll processing, government statutory compliance (SSS, HDMF, PhilHealth), HMO benefits, and leave management. Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus.
