We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Strategic Operations Director. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who can lead our operations team with confidence and poise.

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our executive support team. This includes managing client relationships, ensuring seamless delivery of services, and driving business growth through process improvement and system development.

About the Role
  • This is a high-visibility role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
  • You will work closely with our CEO and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • As a Strategic Operations Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing processes and procedures to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the operations team in delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and make data-driven decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in operations management or executive support roles
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zapier, Hubspot, and Outlook
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience in async, remote team environments
  • Fluency in English language (written and spoken)
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
