About the Job

Shape property finance journeys with precision and accuracy. As a Loan Expert, you will be responsible for managing pre-credit loan processing tasks, including retention pricing, valuations, data entry, and post-settlement support.

You will work on Australian mortgage processes, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of loan applications. From retention pricing to settlement, you'll shape property finance journeys and grow into the next level of your profession.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct retention pricing of existing client book
  • Prepare servicing calculators for brokers
  • Send welcome emails and initial data requests to new clients
  • Enter data for new clients and update existing client records
  • Request, index, and organize supporting documents, identifying missing items
  • Request pricing discounts from lenders and order valuations
  • Organize property reports and prepare broker tools like strategy sheets and loan options maps
  • Draft lender application notes and support brokers with lender option prep
  • Call lenders for updates and assist with post-settlement loan account summaries
  • Prepare detailed post-settlement breakdowns for clients
  • Assist in preparing and managing discharge forms for settlements
