About the Role

This Pricing Associate Temp position is a key role within our Sales Support team, where you will play a crucial part in ensuring that all price exceptions and sales support concerns are addressed efficiently.

You will be responsible for monitoring mailboxes, completing price exceptions requests, and escalating issues as needed. You will also use CRM systems to send contracts to potential customers and communicate with salespeople to clarify data inputs and confirm decisions.

In addition, you will coordinate feedback from centre teams to gain an understanding of local market conditions and provide insights to support business decisions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor mailboxes and complete price exceptions requests and other sales support concerns within defined processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Escalate exceptions as needed in coordination with Commercial Manager and higher management.
  • Use CRM systems to send contracts to potential customers for approved price exceptions.
  • Communicate with salespeople to clarify data inputs and confirm decisions.
  • Coordinate feedback from centre teams to gain understanding of local market conditions for consideration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance or related qualification.
  • 2-3 years' experience as a contract, data or commercial administrator.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to prioritize, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible, multitask, and show initiative.
  • Be a strong and independent team player.
  • Professional English speaking and writing skills.

Technical Requirements:

We are looking for someone with:

  • Familiarity with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with Contract software and/or CRM systems.

This role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
