Marketing Analyst Position

Digital Room is a leading online printing company that offers customized printing and marketing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Analyst to join our team, who will play a key role in shaping our marketing strategies and establishing best practices for analytics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving traffic by reviewing data, developing new analytics, identifying insights, and delivering recommendations to continually improve our marketing campaigns.

This role supports the consumer life cycle, including online conversion analytics, product profitability, customer behavior analysis, and segmentation. As a senior member of the analytics team, you will bring strategic thought leadership and problem-solving skills, team management, and stakeholder experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare ad-hoc KPI reports, pricing reports, and product performance reports
  • Monitor, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Review and analyze all marketing efforts, including performance by individual ad, media, and campaign to identify successful elements and work to continuously improve ad performance
  • Develop actionable insights and help formulate strategic direction of marketing efforts
  • Identify customer trends and recommend data-driven responses to guide strategy and decision-making within the Marketing organization
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field (math, science, economics, finance, engineering) required; Master's preferred
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical role
  • Comfortable working with large data sets
  • Advanced quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with advanced SQL and Excel
