We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the global strategy and vision of our commercial desk as a senior manager. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of supervisory experience, a degree in business or a related field, and exceptional skills in Excel and sales service desk tools.

  • The commercial desk team is responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing top-notch support. As a hands-on people manager, you will be expected to lead by example and ensure that your team meets its performance targets.
  • Our company operates in a distributed-first environment, with virtual interviews and onboarding processes in place. You will be required to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales cycle success.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and implement metrics to analyze internal efficiency, including SLAs and support volumes. Your ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal guidance will be highly valued.

You will also be responsible for training and onboarding new team members, maintaining operational reporting, and providing regular updates to executive stakeholders.
