
Administrative Customer Service Professional

This role offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home and provides flexibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and contributing to marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:- Assist the claims department with the claims process to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently, including managing tolls and parking tickets.
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and text, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Contribute to marketing efforts by assisting with various tasks such as social media management, content creation, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Manage CRM systems.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
- Marketing background or experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite), and agility in learning new internal software and systems.
- Must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- System Requirements: i5 10th Gen or equivalent, 8GB RAM, 2GB Video Card or Integrated Graphics Card, Windows 10 or macOS, Headset with noise cancellation feature.
- Internet Requirements: Main Internet should be minimum of 20MBPs, wired only, Antivirus Software installed, activated and updated, Backup Internet.
