We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- This position involves interacting with customers via various channels to address their inquiries and complaints regarding our products and services.
- You will work collaboratively with different teams to handle customer needs and provide prompt, courteous, and empathetic support.
- Compose personalized responses to customer requests, ensuring accuracy, validity, and completeness of information.
- Triage incoming requests and identify trends in customer issues to inform the wider team.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers while demonstrating empathy, courtesy, and professionalism.
- Log, manage, and follow up on all customer support tickets in a timely manner.
- Solve problems, answer product-related questions, troubleshoot, and ensure that issues are properly documented, prioritized, tracked, and resolved.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by clients.
- Proactively monitor client dashboards and platforms, actively reaching out to customers who need extra support with troubleshooting.
- Educate yourself on new products and services, staying updated on internal and external expectations.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- Deliver service excellence and maximize customer satisfaction.
