As a Retail and Training Manager, you will be responsible for leading our retail teams across multiple sites to deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving business growth in line with the brand's strategic objectives.

  • Be the ambassador of innovation at retail stores
  • Achieve targets and manage the collection of key performance indicators (KPIs) data
  • Provide detailed feedback to senior management on successes and challenges through regular site visits
  • Manage headcount targets for stores and monitor productivity levels
  • Develop action plans to enhance sales and KPIs of assigned stores
">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • At least 5 years combined sales and training experience within the retail industry
  • Prior experience working in multinational or global brands or companies
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
  • Experience and understanding of effective sales techniques, customer service, and proven ability to drive results
  • Strong analytical skills and capability on Microsoft Office (including Excel) and Outlook
