Key Roles and Responsibilities

This position requires a highly organized individual to support the CEO in managing their calendar, inbox, travel, and deadlines.

  • Manage the CEO's schedule, email, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure nothing is overlooked.
  • Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplier management and internal processes.
  • Coordinate logistics, events, and internal communications.
  • Maintain accurate records of office systems and documentation.
  • Support with basic financial tasks and liaise with the finance team as needed.
