We're looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Driver Onboarding Specialist. This pivotal role demands exceptional communication skills, sharp problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.

The Driver Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for cultivating a seamless and effective onboarding journey for new drivers. They will contact and follow up with drivers regarding their application to confirm their qualifications, review and record application documents, walk drivers through the onboarding process, drive a high conversion rate, proactively address any issues and provide solutions, track and update sheets required to see the progress in day-to-day operations.

Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • At least 1-year experience in sales or customer support with conversation/retention goals
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of Google Suite and Slack
  • Positive and forward-thinking attitude; diligent and results-oriented
  • A hard work ethic and reliability
