Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the hospitality industry? As an Onboarding Coach, you will play a vital role in introducing our innovative messaging platform, Whistle, to properties worldwide. By working closely with clients, you will ensure seamless onboarding experiences and empower them to excel in guest engagement and communication.
About the RoleThis is a customer-facing position that requires strong organizational skills, proactive thinking, and effective communication. You will facilitate client onboarding, training, and ongoing support via various channels. Additionally, you will resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot escalated issues, and partner with Sales teams to drive retention.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional communication and empathy to clients during onboarding and beyond.
- Develop a deep understanding of Cloudbeds' products and customer needs through continuous learning and feedback.
- Contribute to training materials, stay updated on system changes, and record activities in Salesforce.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Over 1 year of experience in roles like Front Desk or Revenue Manager in the hospitality industry.
- At least 2 years of relevant industry experience in customer-facing positions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects or accounts with strong organizational skills.
While not required, having the following skills will make you stand out:
- English language proficiency (native or near-native level).
- Experience with project management certification or similar.
