Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for the onboarding of new clients and services. This includes:

  • Documentation
  • Environment Assessment
  • Tool Deployment

This role is part of the advance party for the technical team in any new client experience. You are expected to provide a high-quality experience while performing the necessary reconnaissance to ensure a long-lasting client relationship.

      • Security Risks Identification
      • Areas of Improvement
    • Deploying Tools
      • Monitoring Services
      • Security Solutions
      • Self-service Platform
  • Exceptional Communication with All Parties
    • Clients
    • Project Managers
    • Sales Teams
    • Client Services Representatives

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of IT Experience
    • 2+ years of Work Experience with Start-to-Finish Deployment of IT Solutions Preferred
    • MSP Experience Preferred but Not Required
    • Onboarding-Specific Experience Desirable
  • Experience with Current Windows Operating Systems
  • Active Directory and Group Policy Understanding
  • 365 Knowledge Specific to Administration
  • Firewall Assessment and Understanding (Meraki, SonicWALL, Cisco, Fortinet)
  • Understanding of Networking Concepts (Routing, Switching, VLANs)
  • VMware Experience a Plus
  • Apple Product Experience a Plus
