Our fast-growing team is looking for configuration specialists to accelerate the onboarding of our clients onto CloudPay's platform. Involved in delivering a white glove experience for our clients, leading to sustained growth for CloudPay.

The Associate Implementation Consultant role supports the delivery of high-quality implementation projects. You will apply best practices for all implementation work throughout different projects.

This role follows a 4-day work week onsite schedule and a shift of 1PM to 12MN.

Daily duties and main responsibilities include:

  • Implementing payroll projects and executing designated tasks as part of payroll processing on behalf of customers, on time and accurately
  • Providing support to customers on all payroll related matters to ensure the highest level of service, including acting as a back-up covering for holidays or emergencies
  • Identifying and considering both business and technical needs of customers with the goal of providing a quality and consistent user experience
  • Configuring, executing, testing, and implementing designed solutions in alignment with global requirements
  • Supporting Implementation Consultants in performing designated activities related to system setup and testing within project delivery
  • Providing regular status updates to Reporting Manager
  • Providing regular status updates to Project Leads
  • Performing tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager
  • Supporting best practice and excellence with a 'can do' attitude
