We are seeking a seasoned SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant to join our team. With at least 5 years of solid experience in implementing and configuring SuccessFactors Payroll module for clients, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering high-quality payroll solutions using SuccessFactors Payroll.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Configure and implement SuccessFactors Payroll module for clients, including setup of payroll rules, earnings, deductions, and benefits.
  • Analyze client requirements and design payroll solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation of payroll configurations and setups.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, provide demos, and conduct training sessions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues, including data integration and interface issues.
Required Education

Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 solid years of experience in implementing and configuring SuccessFactors Payroll module.
  • In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors Payroll, including its features, functionality, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, including tax, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
  • Experience with other HR systems, such as SAP HCM.
  • Experience with data integration and interface development using APIs, flat files, or other integration tools.
