Customer Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing prompt and effective support to resolve their inquiries.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to inbound and email inquiries
  • Evaluating all relevant information to handle inquiries efficiently
  • Serving as liaison between customers and various departments
  • Utilizing customer management system data to process membership transactions
  • Enrolling, renewing, and upgrading retail customers, processing credit card and other payment information
  • Generating new and renewal revenue from new inbound inquiries and outbound calls
  • Conducting outbound calls to existing customers as part of the renewal process
  • Effectively describing the nature and scope of services offered
  • Assisting with coordination of logistics for members' operational needs
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
