Job Description

The Senior Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and profit through effective leadership, employee performance management, and client interaction. This position requires strong leadership skills to execute key focus areas and adapt to changing business needs.

  • Deliver accurate data for forecasting

  • Develop realistic budgets

  • Ensure consistent financial follow-up

Key Responsibilities

  • Define needs for Team Leader recruitment in conjunction with HR

  • Lead Team Leader development and support, defining training needs

  • Set and follow up on quality and quantity targets for allocated Clients/projects

  • Promote teamwork and collaboration

  • Enhance employee satisfaction and reduce attrition within the allocated production unit

  • Develop and maintain effective performance management practices

  • Lead by example, demonstrating excellent work ethic and integrity

Business Objectives

  • Gain deep understanding of price structure and profitability goals

  • Communicate price structures effectively to every team member

  • Proactively respond to variances in targets and service levels

  • Prepare and/or support commercial negotiations

  • Accurately calculate profitability prior to agreement and account for all costs, including capital investments

  • Plan and implement expansions to current business operations

  • Plan for and implement new businesses initiatives

  • Drive negotiations toward agreement, ensuring TWW risks and profit objectives are covered at all times

Requirements and Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent higher qualification

  • Has led an operations team specific to customer service (Healthcare)

  • Has keen eye for detail, able to understand trends from data, provide insight, and is well-versed in RCA

  • Has worked in a performance-driven environment

  • Is proficient in dealing with clients, reading the room, and understanding client needs

  • Should be familiar or have exposure to managing teams

  • Ability to manage time effectively, set clear objectives, and prioritize tasks

  • Excellent communication skills
