Operations Director Wanted

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Director to lead our business forward. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational performance and strategic growth across multiple brands.

About the Role
  • You will oversee daily operations and performance of all services under our company.
  • Lead multi-unit operations ensuring alignment with brand promise and service standards.
  • Design and monitor brand-level operational scorecards and key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities
  • Craft strategic business plans for current and future brands.
  • Collaborate with the President and SteerCom to define and deliver a 3-year operational roadmap.
  • Evaluate brand performance and recommend strategies for scaling, repositioning, or sunsetting.
Franchising and Multi-Brand Management
  • Strengthen and expand franchise operations through system standardization and engagement.
  • Foster strategic partnerships with franchisees, brand partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure operational coherence across service lines while respecting brand uniqueness.
Change Management and Innovation
  • Lead implementation of new systems (e.g., My Time), digital tools, and process transformations.
  • Champion continuous improvement, experimentation, and innovation in operations and customer experience.
Culture, Values, and People Leadership
  • Demonstrate and promote our core values: Excellence, Customer Centricity, and Innovation.
  • Build trust and alignment with internal teams and franchisees during transitions and changes.
  • Coach and develop high-potential leaders across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in operations, preferably in retail, franchising, or multi-brand environments.
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-site operations and leading organizational transformation.
  • Experience with franchising models or multi-entity business structures.
  • Strong working knowledge of performance management frameworks (e.g., Balanced Scorecard).
  • Must demonstrate a passion for beauty and wellness and embody our core values of innovation, customer-centricity, and excellence.
