Job Title: AI Engineering Leader

As an AI Engineering Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers focused on solving difficult challenges through the lens of AI. You will provide mentorship and guidance to junior and senior engineers, focusing on technical skill development, career growth, and overcoming non-technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers in developing and deploying AI/ML models and systems">
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and senior engineers in technical skills development and career growth">
  • Work with a team to design, build, and deploy machine learning models and AI-powered systems">
  • Engage in the full AI lifecycle, from conceptualization to writing robust production code">
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate complex requirements into scalable and impactful AI solutions">
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML and evaluate new techniques to tackle healthcare challenges">
  • Effectively communicate complex AI concepts and technical details to diverse audiences">

Required Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field">
  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience leading a team with a focus on building and deploying AI/ML models and systems">
  • Experience building LLM-powered applications and deploying them in a production environment">
  • Deep understanding of core AI and machine learning concepts, models, and algorithms">
  • Technical breadth in relevant technologies like front-end frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, REST/WebSocket API development, and general software engineering best practices">
  • Knowledgeable about various machine learning domains such as NLP, Computer Vision, Personalization & Recommendation systems, and/or Anomaly Detection">
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and methodologies and work outside immediate expertise">
