Job Description

A top-tier organization is seeking a seasoned AI Program Manager to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative AI projects. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, developing program plans, and ensuring timely and successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, tools, and methodologies. They should possess exceptional project management skills, including proficiency with project management tools.

This position requires a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex AI programs on time and within budget. The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring program progress, identifying risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 10-15+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on AI and machine learning projects.
  • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, tools, and methodologies.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including proficiency with project management tools.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage AI programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement program plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including data scientists, machine learning engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
