We are seeking a seasoned Data Strategist to spearhead our organization's data and AI initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will design and implement strategic plans for leveraging data and AI technologies to drive business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive data and AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and implement cloud-based data architectures using platforms like Azure and AWS.
  • Oversee the development, deployment, and optimization of machine learning models and AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Ensure data governance and quality assurance processes are in place to guarantee data accuracy and security.
  • Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends in data and AI technologies, recommending adoption of cutting-edge tools and practices.
  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate the success and impact of AI initiatives.
  • Comply with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards.
">Requirements and Qualifications">

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in data management, AI, and cloud computing.
  • Certification in Azure or AWS (e.g., Azure Data Engineer or AWS Certified Machine Learning).
  • Proven expertise in Azure and AWS cloud platforms, including data storage, processing, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Strong analytical abilities along with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
